Nice marquee, but it can get annoying. Well, my favorite offline game would probably have to be MindArms, it has an online feature, but i've never been able to figure it out, partly because it's in Japanese.

Oblivion - Simply the best.
Mount&Blade - Somewhat like Oblivion but includes more intense 'army vs. army' battles.
Half-Life 2 > Garry's mod - You can make your homemade cars, play with ragdolls or arrange custom battles. A lot things to do.
Little Fighter 2 - Yep. :3
Soldat - Haven't played it since last year though it's pretty nice.
