I hope i spelt that anime right...

Anyways, here's the tutorial which ZX requested from me, it's a bit vague but i hope you can make it out...

    .:Haruhi Suzumiya Signature Tutorial:. Dvfsdfsvgfsdgfkf4

The render I used is here

I got the 2 C4D renders from here

The gradient maps i used are :

    ~Gradient MAP
Dark Purple on the outside, Bright pink on the inside.
Set this on "Screen" on 36% opacity

    ~Color Balance > Midtones only > Color Levels : [+100] [-100] [+42]
Set this on "Multiply at 100% opacity

    ~Gradient FILL :
Gradient should be white to nothing.
    Style is "Linear".
    Angle is [-136.4 degrees]
    Scale is 150%
Check "Align with layer" leave the other two unchecked
Set this on "Normal" at 25% opacity.

    ~Gradient MAP
Yellow > Orange > Blue > Black, then check "Reverse".
Set this on "Soft Light" at 39% opacity.

Then before step 16, go to [Image]>[Apply Image] then do a gaussian blur of about 0.8px or so.

    Hey,
Mordekhaile...with the C4D renders. How would I go about putting them in? Would I put them in a different layer or something? I'm confused 'cause this is the 1st time I ever used C4D renders.
Edit: Mordekhaile, heres my finished product:

Wow, that's amazing work! I'm sorry for replying so late, but it's just that i've been busy studying for law school. The only things i think were wrong in this signature were :

[THIS IS A WARNING, PREPARE FOR ONE OF MY FAMOUS LONG WINDED RATINGS]

    1.) Light source
You should have seriously thought about this before starting on the sign. The current light source is in conflict with the render, as in the render, the light source seems to be coming from the chakra thing in Naruto's hands.

    2.) Text
This was the worst part of the sign. If you still use PhotoShop, try this simple text method :

~Don't use ANY effects of your text.
~Make it as simple as possible.
~You're clearly not a typography genius, so keep the font simple, something like Arial, or Copperplate Gothic.
~Place it somewhere where it will stand out yet still remain inconspicuous.
    ~Set it to soft light.
~Duplicate it and set the duplicate to overlay at 50%

Try that simple method and i'm sure you'll have great text.

    3.) C4Ds

I know i was a bit vague with the C4Ds. I'm sorry for that, here are the exact C4Ds i used in that sign :

    ~Neon Abstract ; and
    ~Curly Explosion

I normally set those to color dodge, add a layer mask, and brush away the parts i don't like. Use C4Ds to enhance the sign, and define the light source a bit more. Remember what i said about light sources, they must comply with the render, i.e they should make sense and help the flow.

    Hope that helped.
